Well.... Shauna Brooks is the first openly published black transgender lingerie/swimwear model. 

She used to be a man and from bikini pics she recently released, she had a sex change 'cos there's no sign of an eggplant at all.

 Hmm! A man can never be a woman, doesn't matter how many surgeries you've had....my opinion tho'
